COVID-19: IMPACT ON DENTISTRY

Due to directives from the state government, WillowGroveDental will be open for emergencies and select procedures. We are currently available to address dental work other than routine cleanings. Appointments will be based on the health status of the patient, and the type of treatment needed.

Our office is open each day at 9:00 am. Dr. Goldstein will remain on call the remainder of the day.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

All currently scheduled hygiene appointments have been postponed. Once our office fully reopens, you will be contacted for a new date and time.  New patients are always welcome to call.

OFFICE PROTOCOL

Once our office reopens, in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, only one patient will be permitted to enter the office at a time. The reception area will be closed. We kindly ask that you call us from your car when you arrive and wait for our front desk to invite you inside. Kindly wear a mask until you are seated in the treatment room.

YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT!

We need healthy patients entering the office. If any of the following applies to you, please let us know.

 * Do you have fever or have you felt hot or feverish recently (14-21 days)?

 * Are you having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?

 * Do you have a cough?

 * Do you have any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache
or fatigue?

 * Have you experienced recent loss of taste or smell?

 * Are you in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?

Patients who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should consider postponing your office visit.

WE'RE KEEPING CLEAN

We are doing our best to keep the office clean. In additional to our routine sanitizing of the treatments rooms, all door handles, knobs and counter tops are wiped after each patient. Our powder room will be disinfected after each use. When at the reception desk, kindly stand in front of the protective barrier when speaking with our staff. We want everyone to stay safe!

WRAP IT UP!

Dr. Goldstein and our hygienist are taking special care in personal protection by wearing two face masks (one is the N95 mask), a face shield, and a disposable gown. We plan on employing additional air filtration as well.
